This is not a ready-made product. To get started, please email me at info@ivyinspired.co.nz with the following details:

• Size – e.g. baby blanket, lap throw, full throw
• Colour(s) – your preferred palette or specific shades
• Yarn type – e.g. wool, acrylic, cotton, or leave it to me!
• Style/stitch – e.g. waffle, granny square, bobble, or describe the look you're after
• Inspiration photo or pattern – if you have one, please attach it!

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order and secure your place in my production schedule.
• Payment of this quote confirms your booking and I will begin work on your blanket.

Handmade Process & Customization

• Each blanket is handcrafted by me with care and attention to detail.
• As all items are made to order, slight variations in size, colour, and pattern may occur - this is the beauty of handmade items.
• I retain creative license to interpret your vision based on yarn availability and my expertise, ensuring the highest quality finished piece.
• Completion time varies based on size and complexity. I'll provide an estimated timeframe with your quote.

Materials & Yarn

• I use high-quality yarns suitable for your intended use (baby-safe, machine washable, etc.).
• If your requested yarn or colour is unavailable, I'll suggest alternatives of equal or greater quality for your approval before proceeding.

Delivery & Pickup

• Shipping costs are included in the quote price.
• Local pickup is available in the Coromandel area.
• I'll notify you when your blanket is complete and ready for shipping or pickup.

Cancellations & Changes

• If you change your mind before I have finished your blanket, a 50% refund will be provided to cover materials already purchased and time invested.
• Once your blanket is complete, no refunds are available as it has been custom-made specifically for you.
• Changes to your order: Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes may affect the completion time and may incur additional costs.

Care Instructions

• Care instructions specific to your blanket's yarn content will be provided with your finished piece.
