Fresh Flowers: Delivered on your requested date

Local Deliveries: I can do deliveries between Whangapoua and Whitianga. If you're unsure whether I can deliver to your location, message me and I'll let you know. I can still send via NZ Post to anywhere in NZ (obviously not flowers though).

How Shipping Works

I personally handmake all my products as they're ordered, which means turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of your piece. If you need your order for a specific event date, please add a note at checkout so I can prioritize accordingly.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and location.

Delivery timeframes:

North Island urban areas: 1-3 days after posting
Rural or South Island: 3-5 days after posting

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as I've packed your order and dropped it at my local post shop. Tracking will activate once NZ Post picks it up on the next weekday.

Important for rural addresses: If your address is classified as Rural by NZ Post, you must select the Rural courier option at checkout and include your Rural Delivery number in your address. You can check if your address is rural on the NZ Post website.

Matarangi & Coromandel Local Orders

I'm located near Matarangi on the Coromandel Peninsula! While I don't have regular shop hours for pick-up, I'm happy to arrange a meet-up spot in Matarangi if you'd prefer. Just email me before placing your order and we'll sort something out!

Local flower deliveries: Fresh flowers are delivered on your requested date. If you're ordering flowers along with custom-made items like bunting, please note they may be delivered separately as custom pieces take longer to create.

Ready-made items: Anything from the Ready to Ship collection will be delivered within 2 days of ordering (or together with your flower order if applicable). I'll contact you if there's any delay.

Ordering Multiple Items?

If you place additional orders before your first order ships, you won't be charged another delivery fee - as long as you're signed into your account when ordering!
