Who makes all the products you sell?
That's me! I make everything I sell, right here in Matarangi, Coromandel. I import some supplies that I can't source in NZ, and occasionally I sell off supplies I no longer need, but all finished products are handmade by me. You can find out more about me here.

Can I choose my own bunting colours?
Yes! You can choose from any of my current fabrics and I'll make them up for you. Check out the How it works page for instructions. If you get stuck, feel free to contact me and I'll help you with your order.
I'm not sure which colours to choose or how they'd look together. Can you help?
Absolutely! It can be hard to imagine what the finished product will look like, so I'm more than happy to help. I can send you photos of fabrics, ribbons, etc. together so it's easier to make a choice. If you want to send me a photo of what you're looking to match, I can help with suggestions too.
I've already placed an order, but now I want to add something else. What do I do?
No problem! If you sign back into your account and place your order before you're notified that I've sent your current order, you won't be charged an extra delivery fee. I'll combine both orders and send them together.
If you don't have an account or can't sign in, contact me and I can edit your order and send you a payment link for the extra item.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on what you've ordered and how many orders I have waiting to be made. I try to send things as quickly as possible, but please note that I custom-make lots of my products as orders come through.
Ready-made items: Sent within 1-2 business days
Custom-made items: Take a bit longer - check my current turnaround time at the top of the Shipping page for more details.
When can I have fresh flowers delivered?
My flowers are currently available for delivery on weekdays. Simply select the day you want your flowers to arrive from the dropdown menu on the product page.
You can also pick up your bouquet in Matarangi - just let me know and we'll arrange a time to meet.
Keep an eye on my Facebook or Instagram pages for what's currently in stock! Alternatively, send me a message if you need flowers on a different day.
I live in the Coromandel - can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Please feel free to contact me before you place your order and we can arrange something!
When ordering both flowers and other items, please be aware that they may not be available all at once, as custom-made pieces like bunting require additional time. I'm more than happy to work something out if you send me a message first.
